a fun and a adventure story

The Secret Behind the Blue Umbrella is a K-drama-style mystery and school adventure story about a teenage girl named Han Yuri who moves to Seoul with her mother after her father disappears. When Yuri starts at her new school, she meets Kang Joon-ho, a quiet and mysterious boy, and Choi Mina, a cheerful girl who becomes her best friend. At first, Yuri thinks she is simply starting a new life, but she soon discovers that her new school is connected to her family's past. One day, Yuri and Mina discover an old photograph showing Yuri's mother as a student at the school. When Yuri shows the photograph to her mother, her mother becomes frightened and tells Yuri to stay away from the school. This makes Yuri realize that her mother has been hiding an important secret. Yuri then discovers that Joon-ho's father also attended the school and may have known Yuri's mother. The three friends investigate together and find a hidden room behind a bookshelf. Inside are old photographs, letters, and school records that suggest something important happened many years ago. The mystery becomes more serious when Yuri receives an anonymous message telling her to go to an old train station at midnight. There, she learns that her father did not simply abandon her. Before he disappeared, he had been investigating the mystery surrounding the school and had left clues behind for Yuri to discover. The blue umbrella represents Yuri's journey from fear and confusion toward courage and the truth. Whenever it rains, the umbrella becomes a reminder that even though the past may be painful, Yuri doesn't have to face it alone. The story is mainly about friendship, courage, family, secrets, trust, and discovering the truth. Yuri, Joon-ho, and Mina work together despite the dangers and obstacles they encounter. The ending leaves the biggest mystery unsolved: What really happened to Yuri's father, and why were Yuri's mother and Joon-ho's father involved? That mystery sets up the next part of the K-drama
