Iridessa becomes frightened and begins running even further into the woods. Eventually she realizes her only hope is this strange woman, and she asks for help. The woman guides her back to her home, and disappears again. In the weeks following Iridessa has strange visions of the future. These visions show a war, they show her with wings and pointed ears... and a crown being placed on her head. Is her life more than just high school drama with Samantha and good times with Sawyer? Does she have a purpose bigger than she could have ever imagined?
