"Ocean Blue" is the story of two art students who meet in their dormitory or shared house and find true love despite their deep past traumas. Sea Shell is an art student who is loud, rude, and indifferent to the feelings of others. She has been hurt in her past relationships and is afraid to love again. Sea feels trapped in the walls she has built to protect herself. Kai, a photography student, is the opposite of Sea. He is a warm, caring man, and always speaks with caution.
