"Catch her or else you will all be Punished!" Alpha Alexander yells before tearing off his clothes and turning into a huge grey wolf. As his wolf runs into the dark forest of his pack lands his pack warriors transform and run into the forest behind him. Penance hears the howls of the wolves looking for her. She runs faster knowing they will be able to smell her bloody foot prints. All of a sudden as she hits a patch of moonlight her whole body hurts with pain. She tries to stifle a cry of agony as it feels like her bones are breaking and her skin is on fire. "Don't resist me Penance, We are in danger, allow the change and let me take over." I hear a beautiful musical voice saying In my head. "Are you my wolf" I ask in my head, in too much pain to talk aloud. "Yes sweet girl now stop resisting, I promise if you just give in the pain will be short. We must flee from here before the Alpha finds us." I just let go and the pain is excruciating as I shift for the first time. My wolf was right though the pain didn't last long and before I knew it I had changed into my wolf. Before I could even grasp what was happening we were running through the woods. I can't believe how much faster I was. All my senses are so much sharper than they used to be. It was so dark before I could barely see where I was going now I could see the whole forest in front of me in amazing detail. All of a sudden a wolf slams into my side. Its one of the Alpha's warriors, I can tell by his smell. "We don't have time for this!" I tell my wolf. I can feel she agrees with me and as the wolf goes to snap at my front legs to hobble my wolf. She strikes forward with surprising strength and speed to snap her jaws around his neck. She bites down hard as blood fills our mouth then rips out the wolves throat. I feel nauseous as we start running again. I just killed someone and I could still taste their blood. "It had to be done sweet one, now rest I will get us to safety." My wolf says to me. "What's your name?" I ask my wolf, not able to rest after what we have done and needing a distraction. I can feel my wolf smiling "I am Serena pleased to meet you after all this time, I have been waiting for you for so long Penance." I felt surprised but pleased I was already very fond of my wolf. "Why were you waiting for me?" very confused by her words. "That is a story for another time, for now we must concentrate on escaping."
