A sneak peek into chapter one: I jerk awake to the sound of a scream. Another day in this hell hole. I sigh and curl up into a ball and lay my tail over my nose, trying to go back to sleep. I may be blind but I wasn't deaf so I heard and knew everything that happened down here in the cells. The only difference between me and most of the other wolves here, other then me not seeing, is that I'm left alone more now then I use to be. Now, except for the accessional torture session here and there, the most I see of anyone is when they toss food into my cell every three days.
