ABOUTquote
This is an whole new adventure. I never thought I would be in this position. It has been interesting. Going from nurse to writer was never my intention. But one of my best friends yelled at me one day to just start with a few words. And that was it. Now I am 7 books deep attempted to still have a day job. Here we are Ladies, gents, non-binarities and my crazy bog witches! My writing style is high fantasy, sexy and sarcastic. I was told once in a strongly worded letter, after I killed a character, my idea of dark and Grimm is off. So enjoy, and be prepared.

A voice is not something a person should lose—especially not Rori. She has always been outspoken and fearless, never intimidated by the magic that flows from the forest beyond her village. But when a group of foolish boys cruelly shoots a stag, Rori's life is changed forever. Still, stripped of her voice and thrust into a world of ancient magic, she must find the courage to speak again and help a powerful beast rise to become king.
