The World in Dissonance (Volume 2)
Updated at May 14, 2026, 11:49
The world exists in a state of dissonance—not merely in sound, but in form itself, like an orchestra whose instruments have forgotten their tune and abandoned all harmony. No longer does it rest in quiet stasis; the balance has shifted, and darkness now spills unchecked over the city of London. An unseen force has disturbed the scales of reality, tipping them ever so slightly—yet enough to unravel what once was certain. The United Kingdom—land of magic, soil that remembers the tread of warlocks, that fog-bound realm where whispers outrun reason—now stands at the heart of an unprecedented crisis. And to resolve it, one must abide by a simple, dangerous truth: fight fire with fire. This is no longer a matter of idle pranks or fleeting superstition. The supernatural is not merely conjecture —there are presences that stir in the dark, preying upon the vulnerable and the unwary. Are evil spirits the answer to all that is deemed supernatural? A question both true and false. Like Schrödinger’s Cat, the world now exists in a paradox—myth and reality intertwined, illusion and fact inseparable, truth and falsehood suspended within that fragile space between belief and doubt. There is only one way to uncover the truth: Open the box. But take heed—for if you gaze long enough into the abyss, the abyss will inevitably gaze back into you.

The World in Dissonance (Volume 1)
Updated at May 7, 2026, 12:53
The World is in dissonance. Not merely in sound, but in its aspect too—like an orchestra whose instruments have forgotten their tunes and lost their harmony. There are many aspects of the world we would never think to question, countless truths folded neatly behind the curtain of the ordinary. But what was meant to remain hidden... perhaps should remain that way. Secrets, after all, are not always buried for our protection—sometimes, they are buried for theirs. Nonetheless, the balance has become unstable. Something unseen has shifted its weight upon the scales of reality. During the 20th Century, dozens of supernatural events were recorded across the United Kingdom—the land of magic, the soil that remembers the footsteps of warlocks, the fog-draped kingdom where whispers travel faster than reason. Strange phenomena, witching hours, remnants of occult rituals, unexplained disappearance... reports dismissed, sealed, or lost. Coincidence, they said. Folklore, they insisted. But coincidence does not leave claw marks. Is Witchcraft still relevant!? Is it a relic of fearful ages, or a living force breathing softly behind locked doors? Scholars deny it. Witnesses swear by it. And the truth... refuses to testify. No one knows. Or perhaps no one dares to know. It’s like Schrödinger’s Cat. Both myth and reality. Both illusion and fact. Existing and not existing, harboring infinite possibilities and impossibilities all at once, suspended in the fragile space between belief and doubt. The only way to find the truth is to open the box. But beware—some boxes were never meant to be opened. And some truths, once seen, never close again.
