Julian and his fiancee crashed during a chopper flight weeks before their marriage. His fiancee died, but he is in a coma and won't stop muttering her name in his state. Afraid that their son may lose his sanity if he wakes up and finds out that his fiancee is dead, his family begins the search for a lady who will look like his fiancee, give up her personal identity to do a plastic surgery and become his fiancee thus, it won't be discovered that she's dead. Rose, is an upcoming journalist who just did an exclusive on a drug case and has gotten herself on the trail of the drug lords. She meets the parents of Julian by chance and to protect herself, she agrees to give up her personal identity to become the dead fiancee of Julian by the time he wakes up. Julian wakes up to meet his now cloned fiancee, and though he continues to love her and continue with their marriage as planned. He soon finds out that she is not the fiancee he knows. However, as part of the agreement Rose makes with his parents, if her real identity is found out, she will be killed, thus, she must make every effort to make sure he loves her like his late fiancee.
