The arrival of an injured woman in the middle of a downpour on the ranch owned by the Stone brothers outside of Destiny causes everything to change. Emmett, Cody, and Bryant had no idea where they were until they found Amber, who had lost all of her memories. The rainstorm triggers a rockslide, which blocks the road that leads down the mountain into town, where she can see her doctor and find out the truth about who she really is. Amber's growing attraction to the cowboys is directly proportional to the amount of time she spends with them. She gives her whole heart to the three Doms because she is certain that if she had ever experienced genuine love in the past, her memories would have come back by now. Cody is convinced that fate was responsible for bringing her to them. Bryant is unsure about this at all. Emmett is convinced that a woman with the caliber of Amber must already be taken by another man. Before spending time with Amber, the three of them had completely lost track of what it means to be family. She reminds them that genuine love is something that should be protected at all costs.
