Blessed with a life of success and wealth after inheriting her father's tech company, Mona was at the pinnacle of happiness. She was very content with her life's pace and state. Like the usual drill of life, Mona was faced with a challenge. Her parents were on her neck to get married or to at least start dating as her life had only been filled with work alone. As if her laments were heard and to Mona's delightful surprise, she is chanced to meet a guy who is willing to be her boyfriend. Meeting Theoryne was never part of Mona's plan but as fate would have it, their own expected encounter that was anything but noteworthy became the solution to Mona's problem when Mona proposes to pay Theoryne to act as her boyfriend. Having been captivated by Theoryne's unique personality, Mona decided that she had to get him to agree to a proposal as he seemed to be the key to putting a halt to her parents' pestering. And so with little to no information about each other, Mona and Theoryne start their journey through their fake but real relationship, oblivious to the many surprises waiting ahead of them.
