The mysterious superhero Felicio stands atop a roof. A young girl has just fallen to her death. He wasn't able to save her. Still coming to terms with his new powers the city doesn't trust him, nor are they likely to after this. Only Felicio knows the truth of what happened on the rooftop, but even he doesn't know why.  Detective Alan Lang is disturbed that the vigilante seems to have turned to murder. He wonders what happened on the rooftop. It quickly becomes apparent that there could be more to this than meets the eye as the girl's name is Emma Shaw, daughter to the enigmatic owners of the Shaw corporation, a clandestine government facility standing on the outskirts of the city.  Both men are searching for justice but their search may lead them down a dark path. It begins with the death of a girl. Where will it end?
