Guy's mysteries
Updated at Sep 21, 2025, 17:59
Guy and I had been friends since we were babies. Our families have always been close. We had met Scarlett when we were in 1st grade. Zak met us in the 3rd grade. The mansion Guy (has brown hair, brown eyes, he is 180bs, and 6’0” tall),  lives in the mansion that his dad had bought when his business became popular. It was built back in 1850. His dad had restored the old mansion to its former glory. One day at Guy's mansion we were talking in Guy’s dad's office. Scarlett, who has red hair, fiery red eyes, 140 lbs, and 5'9” tall) asked Guy "where are your parents?" Guy looked at me (blonde hair, blue eyes,180 lbs and 5’5” tall) and I looked at him. I said, "his mom left when he was 10 and his dad mysteriously disappeared a few days ago." I asked Guy if I could do a little exploring? He said “yes.” So I left the room and went out into the hall. I was passing a couple of french style doors. I looked in the glass window on the door and it looked like a normal room. So I called them and asked them to come to me. I got my camera out and started recording. We went to the french doors and Guy said "this was his dad's special room after his mom left. He also asked, "is it unlocked?" The room was always locked when his dad was alive. So I checked the doors and found it was open, so I opened the doors as wide as they would go. We went in. Guy and I found another set of french doors but this time there were curtains in behind them. I asked, "Guy to call one of his older butlers to come and answer some questions." Butler came in looking shocked that we were in this room, he told us that his dad never let anyone past the first set of doors. I asked Butler “if he knew what was in there.”  He said, “he didn't know.” I said, “I'll go open the curtain inside the doors.” I went through the doors and found that a body was in the room. I opened the Curtain like I said I was going to. Then I opened the other door and by that time Zak (blonde hair brown eyes, he is 160lbs and 6’4” tall) and Scarlett had called to Guy so I went over to see what that they were looking at and it was another door only it was a solid oak door, But it was locked. I asked the butler if he had a skeleton key. He did but not on him.Guy then said “let's go into the room I had found. I told them what I found in the room ( quietly I had told Butler to call the cops), Butler had returned from calling the cops after 10 minutes. Then something hit me and I asked "if they have found Guy's father's body?" They both said they haven't. I was thinking that it was his body in that room, but I didn't say what I was thinking out loud for Guy’s sake. That day we stopped exploring. Later we learned I was right it was his dad. He called the medical examiner to take and do an autopsy on the body. The detective looked around the room for any clues, of which he didn't find any. The detective said that it would be a few days before the autopsy was done and the report said that Guy's dad had died from being stabbed repeatedly. They said that he had been stabbed fifty times. The cops had found that his dad was being poisoned over a long time but that wasn't what killed him. That got me concerned about his mom and how she too supposedly left Guy with his dad. Guy was his mother's whole world when he was born, but it didn't occur to anyone that she wouldn't have just up and left without him.  Over the next few weeks, I stayed at the mansion with Guy so he wasn't alone in a big empty house. I used the time to go where Guy and I hadn't been allowed as kids. Eventually, he said to me, me and my family could live there if we liked it. Which we did, sense we didn't have to pay much. I even tried to find more on the history of the place but no one could help or they didn't want to. Something was off about the place. It wasn't till I went to the basement that I found some stuff that had gone missing not long after his mom left. I called Guy, Scarlett and Zak told them what I found. I also told Guy that I haven't been to the attic yet. He said we all will go up there later. For now, we tell Butler no one is allowed into the basement till the detective in charge of his dad's murder case says other wise. The detective found it suspicious as well.
