I do not wish to self aggrandize here. But I hope my work resonates with those who have survived, or need inspiration to keep moving forward. You all have my unconditional love, even if you feel alone. I love you.
In this story, you will see a theme not really touched on by most stories out there. I hope you enjoy it, find comfort in some things, and that it keeps you as enthralled as I was to write it.
I will post a trigger warning now, some scenes may be triggering to those who have survive abuse, whether it be child abuses, to domestic. Do take comfort in the fact that I am too a survivor, and write these stories as a source of self reflection as well as a reminder of what I survived. Also, bear in mind this is a piece of fiction. I am not staying true to any set mythology, and have taken creative liberties.
thank you
This is a fictional retelling of some of my own families history, truth is interwoven with fiction to give some of them the endings they truly deserved.
Trigger warning: this story may trigger those who have survived atrocities, or have varying forms of PTSD. I always want my readers health to be a priority, so please heed this as I do not wish anyone to be mentally, or otherwise distressed
