blurb: Who is Incomplete? I first saw Aleeza Shahbaz with her wheelchair in the Admin Office. She came for an interview. I was sure she would be rejected. How can a physically handicapped girl be selected as a school teacher? If the principal did not give importance to the good ones, then what kind of one was this Aleeza? But her confidence in which she was talking to the Admin did not indicate that she was suffering from any kind of her disability. I spent that whole day making all sorts of assumptions about Aleeza. I didn't know why I was thinking so much about Aleeza. Maybe I was in awesome of her, but my heart was not ready to admit it. The next day, I received word that Aleeza had been elected, and from that day, I began to quarrel with Aleeza. ''Miss Shanza, you will not teach ninth class from today.'' I looked at Coordinator Noreen in shock. From today, we have appointed Miss Aleeza Shahbaz in charge of the ninth class and senior classes will be seen by the Aleeza. Her academic ability and experience are far superior to yours. We are currently sending you to the junior class. The new timetable will bring you to the top. These words of Miss Noreen were enough to bring me from heaven to the earth. I cast a hateful glance at Aleeza and walked out of the office without any protest. ''Miss Aleeza is my favorite teacher.'' ''Miss Aleeza's work is very clean.'' ''Miss Aleeza's class control is excellent.''

EI is a mix of self-administration and social abilities that can change and advance individual or group execution. EI for any leader can be estimated and fortunately it very well may be expanded after some time. Everything a leader does to impact others includes imparting.
