In Central Europe, five werewolf packs competed in full-moon motorcycle races to determine who would become Supreme Alpha and rule the region. Alpha Caster Blackwood, the powerful leader of Shadowfang Pack and president of the Blackwood Reapers Motorcycle Club, was determined to win. But an ancient bloodline curse was slowly killing him and threatening his pack’s future. Only the genuine love of a human mate could break it. Until then, he must not touch her, for every touch would worsen the curse. He had to win her heart before he could take her to bed. Meanwhile, Arabella Cross entered a human auction out of desperation to pay for her grandmother’s heart surgery. Alpha Caster offered the highest bid to win her and negotiate a private contract. She needed him to save her grandmother, and he needed her love to survive. Yet how could he win her heart when touching her could bring him closer to death? When love demands the ultimate sacrifice, will Arabella give her life to save him, or will Alpha Caster surrender his power to keep her alive?
