Charlotte is the owner of a small flower shop in San Diego which is visited by the famous arms dealer, Felix. One evening, an arms dealer orders a bouquet of flowers and Charlotte gives him a clumsily arranged bouquet, but for some reason, Felix shows an unusual interest in Charlotte. Felix, a man with a dangerous charm who visits the flower shop almost every day, and flower seller Charlotte, a woman with many secrets who acts indifferently.
