It's about a girl named Star who lives with just her weird and over hyped mum, a very non tolerant sister and they move from places very month, changing schools and friends but this stops once their mum becomes sick and Star and her sister refuses to move because of their new found fame in school and new found friends. They also get to meet their dad, a very famous chef and move on with him till their mum gets better.
