Isla Wells is at the height of what a holistic medicine career can provide for a doctor. She is well know in the field, has a high rate of success and she owns and operates her own clinic in southern Nevada. Even though she still wonders how the bills will be paid each month she has reached a comfort in her success and she is happy. That is until the handsome and arrogant Nathan Hayes, with is million dollar clinics, high profile cases, and media master, calls her out for a public debate to discuss their differences in practice. Is she interested? Of course not! Isla does not stoop when poked or prodded. She does not care for this man or anything he stands for. She's too busy anyways. But what does it mean when her own nurse says it make her look weak? Is she not confident enough in the work that she does to defend it to the world? Even if it is up against the media darling, Dr. Hayes? But what did he do? Nathan really doesn't know that much about Isla, or her work.
