Bright has had a great share of life and everyday for the past seven years she is constantly reminded of what bad choices life has dished for her and her son Jake. Although, she loves her son, she can't just help but feel that she is suffering because she's suffering due to the consequences of the mistake made by her parents, or something maybe her family members did or what she did in her "previous life" she needs help in other to move on and make a better life for her son, who is going through his own childhood sufferings. Jake needs his mother to be emotionally stable. Edward is a Counselor and also a lecturer, he takes both seriously. He loves his job and he has a sole purpose of "healing the broken heart" an assignment that was given to him. what happens when Bright  who her heart is broken and whose sole purpose of living is centered on her son meets the counselor. Ed has to learn to help of a broken heart and leave the work to the Holy spirit, learn to love the rapist child. Bright has to learn that God is love and absolutely love The love of God
