With the help of her best friend, Jazz, Ella soon discovers that tucked in the back of one of the folders marked ‘unresolved due to program shutdown’ is a pile of letters that were never answered. The letters were from a pair of star-crossed young lovers who had sought the help of Doctor Love to run away together more than thirty years ago. As the mystery of the lost lovers unravels, the pair, along with others they’ve collected along the way, deal with secrets, love, friendship and a good dose of self-realisation.
