Lance Herbert, a rookie varsity player at St. Thomas University was never fond of college mixers. He was a quiet, no-nonsense guy, who just loved playing basketball and reading books. He was never into social gatherings -- however, he had no choice but to join the victory party hosted by his team. As he stepped foot outside the fire exit to breathe some air and recharge his social battery, he was welcomed by the sounds of moans coming from the far end of the room. He was never a fan of the hook-up culture and believed that relationships should be more valued.
