In an age anarchy and powerful villains terrorizing humans, a super-scientist sets out to create an antidote to counter the virus that was forcing people to become evil and animalistic. He creates the cure in the form of a bud, to resemble marijuana, society's favorite past-time drug. However, the doctor's lab is attacked and destroyed by one of the most evil super-villain cliques, 'Pakapawa Gang'. The gang kills the doctorand takes away with his prototype-antidote, thinking it was a precious material. It seems that humanity's fate was over. However, the gang, led by one of the post powerful villains, Bazenga, decide to smoke the bud after realizing its worthless. After smoking the bud, their conscience returns and they realize their evil deeds. They decide to make-up for their past by fulfilling the doctor's dream of ridding the world of evil. Led by Bazenga, this misfit of five people with a murderous past set out to battle and defeat the super-villains, returning peace and prosperity to earth
