Tempting Fate: A Dark Romance with the Devil HimselfUpdated at Jan 17, 2024, 11:07
In the small town of Salem, a young and innocent virgin girl named Lily lived with her strict and religious parents. She was known for her kind heart and pure soul, but also for her stubbornness and strong will. Lily's parents had always warned her to stay away from any temptations and to remain pure until marriage.
However, one fateful night, everything changed when Lucifer, the devil himself, was cast down to earth by the heavens. He was on a mission to find his mate, a pure and untouched soul to rule by his side in the underworld. And when he laid his eyes on Lily, he knew she was the one.
Intrigued by her innocence and stubbornness, Lucifer couldn't resist the temptation to get closer to her. He disguised himself as a charming and handsome man and approached Lily, introducing himself as Luke. Lily was immediately drawn to him, feeling a strong and unexplainable connection.
Despite her parents' disapproval, Lily continued to see Luke, falling deeper and deeper in love with him. But as their relationship progressed, strange and dark events started to occur in the town. People began to disappear, and rumors of a mysterious man with red eyes and a devilish aura spread like wildfire.
Lily's parents became suspicious of Luke and forbade her from seeing him, but she couldn't stay away. She was in love with him, and nothing else mattered. It wasn't until one night, as they were lying in bed together, that Luke revealed his true identity as Lucifer, the devil.
At first, Lily was terrified, but as Lucifer explained his purpose on earth and his desire to have her as his mate, she couldn't help but be drawn to him even more. She saw the good in him, the love he had for her, and she knew deep down that she belonged with him.
But their love would not come without consequences. As Lucifer's enemies from the underworld started to close in on them, Lily had to make a choice – to stay with the man she loved, even if it meant sacrificing her innocent soul, or to go back to her old life and never experience the love she had found with Lucifer.
