The biggest mafia boss in Italy, Julian Ferrari, is of American descent. When he is told he has only six months to live because of a terminal illness, he attempts to get rid of all his enemies. When his biggest enemy escapes to the United States, Julian goes after him so his family would be safe after his death. Mia, a coffee shop owner on the outside but an agent with the international crimes division is given the mission to spy on Julian. While this takes place, they fall in love but with so many obstacles in their ways. Julian loses focus on his revenge and Mia loses focus on her job.
