I\'m a newly professional writer and I\'m entering a contest on this site in order to hopefully win a cash prize so I can move out of my current situation and live with some supportive friends. I\'m also psychologically disabled and just looking for work wherever I can find it so I can support myself in the near future. So, here is a story I started working on a few years ago but had to pause after a while, obviously revamped for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy!
P.S. - I\'ll be posting a new chapter twice a week. Also, I\'ll start other stories in less than a month\'s time, so stayed tuned if you like my style!
It starts as a dream. And this dream quickly disintegrates into a nightmarish reality for this slave girl number 216 as her horrid, servant life unfolds in front of the reader's eyes. In order to survive until the next feeding day, number 216 must work until deemed satisfactory by her master, who serves the Elite Dr. Ingrid Farrow. However, when 216 and her dear companions 168 - a strong, athletic, and manipulative young woman - and 521 - a frail, disabled girl who proves to be quite an asset to the doctor - are all called in as the leaders of their respective working groups to hear the news of their Elite's passing and to be greeted by Elite Sir Martin Hyre who is claiming to have inherited the late Dr. Farrow's estate and property, the slave girls don't know what to think, but are only aware that they must obey. Until 216 returns to the village, and does the most reckless thing imaginable in the name of interpreting her peculiar, warning-like dreams, becoming an outlaw in just a few seconds time. This story covers what could possibly be a journey toward 216 regaining her slave status and returning to her normal life or joining a vicious plot to change the course that the nation's government has been set on regarding slavery, arranged birth and advantageous coupling, and oligarchical power struggles.
