Sacrificed Myself To The Vampire PrinceUpdated at Jun 21, 2025, 23:22
“Why should I trust a witch?” he asked with an amused smile.
“I’m not asking for your trust. I’m asking for your cooperation,” I replied.
“Still, you’re a witch—and I can’t bring myself to work with one. Not after everything witches have done to me.”
I nodded. I understood.
I looked outside. The sun was setting, but I never saw the beauty everyone talks about. Birds flew past, but nothing about it felt special to me.
“The truth is, I hate this world and everything in it. I’ve thought of destroying it all—but I don’t have the power,” I said.
He laughed. “You’re serious. You’re cute and all, but I wouldn’t destroy the world for you.”
I sighed. “Let me explain it simply. You want to live—and my body lets you do that. I want to die—but before I go, I want to take a few people down with me.”
He nodded with a smirk. “And since you don’t have the power, you want me to help you?”
“Yes.”
“What’s stopping me from taking you now and using you for the spell myself?”
I shrugged. “Frankly, I don’t care. You can kill me if you want.”
He stepped closer, brushed a few strands of hair from my face, and sighed.
“Why do you want to die so badly? There’s a whole world out there—music, art, beautiful cities. Don’t you want to see them? Life has so many pleasures to offer. Food, fine wine… sex,” he said, eyes fixed on mine.
“I don’t care about any of it. Will you help me with my revenge?”
He nodded. “It’s been centuries since someone stirred my curiosity. This Vampire Prince will help you.”
He paused. “However, during this whole process, I own you. Your body, your mind, your life—they all belong to me.”
“I don’t care what you do with me,” I answered.
