Crimes keep rising in Pomen city but with Police officials, city government and people with powers does nothing against the rise, who would be the pillar of the safety. Peter a police officer working for the Pomen City Police department has made contact and made progress into solving the uprising syndicate called Red Rum but one mystery had his plan foiled making his hard earned evidence along with his diary that he had updated to almost every day was lost. Now in the present day his eldest child Vince who had been on the secret crime investigations now has the calling after his dropping out of the Moden University but on a weird coincidence years after his tenure ship on the job his father made the move that not even him was aware of, Peter with immediate and unannounced decision he acquired a job to the Moden university as the military training officer of the said school and a year after that he went missing giving Vince and the household left by Peter in great shock. Vince, with his new case to be held investigates the case and learns cases avoided by majority of officers of the Pomen City Police Department. After a year of searching, a lead gets Vince moving again after he loses faith in finding his father. A compiled copy of previous cases was found by Jenny, his step sister and sparring partner ever since they were a child. Pile of complains and evidence was neatly placed into one binder at their fathers home office. This kick started Vince and immediately device a plan by his own, and becoming the student of his supposed Alma matter was his first step of the way. A syndicate operated around the school was being operated as he had suspected and with his new found friend and sketchy allies the either his classmates or he had fought and befriended, as he try to infiltrate the mysterious syndicate. Vince and his new formed alliance with the students from Moden University, goes through challenges and obstacles along the way to find out the truth about the Red Rum and the mysterious disappearance of people close to them. Unknown persons with special ability just like them will try to stop them but to what they will not be expecting this is not their ordinary everyday foes as though their new enemies will be part of an organization that modify a living creature for an unknown goal.
