Shouting House
Updated at Jun 11, 2024, 02:32
In a quaint little town nestled between rolling hills, there stood a house unlike any other. It was known simply as the "Shouting House." From the outside, it looked just like any other cottage, with its white picket fence and colorful flowers blooming in the garden. But as soon as you stepped through the front door, you were greeted by a cacophony of voices. The house itself seemed to be alive, with walls that whispered secrets and floors that creaked with every step. But what truly set the Shouting House apart was its ability to shout. Yes, you heard that right. The house could shout. At first, the townsfolk were afraid of the Shouting House, believing it to be haunted by restless spirits. But as time went on, they grew accustomed to its unique trait, and some even found it rather amusing.Children would dare each other to run past the Shouting House, giggling as it roared their names in a booming voice. Couples would whisper sweet nothings outside its windows, only to have their words echoed back to them in a thunderous chorus. But despite its eccentricity, the Shouting House was a beloved fixture of the town. It became a gathering place for storytelling and laughter, as people would come from far and wide to experience its peculiar charm. And so, the Shouting House stood proudly, its walls echoing with the laughter and chatter of those who passed through its doors, forever a part of the fabric of the town.
