The existence of the five races prevail since the beginning of time. The demons, dragons, sorcerers, shape-shifters and last, but not least. Humans. Needless to say, the peace did not last. Wars after wars occur. Death wasn't a rare sight. Mountains of corpses on the battlefield whilst blood run the rivers. A momentary peace was established between the races. Or rather, a war was waged, with a bet on a mere competition. A competition of pawns as sacrificial pieces with the crown on the line.
