The Oath of ArigotUpdated at Mar 5, 2024, 17:34
Arigot was changed from a kingdom to a queendom by the decree of the powerful Queen Marita, who is the mother of Queen Asha and grandmother of Princess Arit. The decree forbids the queen or the heir to the throne from getting married, but allows her to have children by any of her preferred male servants in order to continue the queendom, and not be influenced by the choices of a man. All the inhabitants of Arigot are creatures in human forms but who can live for thousands of years, and who have divine features. Queen Marita had implored the services of the most powerful sorceresses in Arigot to create a barricade between Arigot and the human world because of the ignoble role humans played in the Great War of Arigot when men were the rulers. But Arit, the princess and heir to the throne, falls deeply in love with a human whom she named "Rozalis". She secretly takes an oath of marriage with Rozalis. This violates the oath of Arigot and things begin to fall apart in the queendom. Her only way out is to break the oath of Arigot but it could cost her mother's life and her destiny. She has to travel to the world of the immortal souls to see her grandmother Queen Marita to help her break the oath of Arigot. If she doesn't, she'll lose herself and her mother and the entire Arigot. She is left in a dilemma of choice.
