After the tragic death of Cuco’s parents at a very young age, he moves in with his grandmother but unfortunately, at the age of seventeen, Cuco tragically looses his grandmother. Having no place to call home, Cuco leaves for New Mexico after overhearing someone say There’re a lot of job opportunities there. The young opportunist joins the Pesos Mafia for a roof over his head and a meal on his table. Day in and day out, Cuco successfully performs his role by selling drugs in the streets for his gang. Everything seems to be going smoothly for him until he was given a task, an impossible one at that. A task that even his superiors wouldn’t attempt. One could say it was a setup given the fact that the young lad was new and had no experience. But after completing the impossible task, that kid that roamed the streets looking for potential buyers became the talk of the town. Will he taste the good or the bad side of popularity?
