Morgan Steele has never cared much for superheroes. But in a world where those with powers-- mutants-- are venerated as humanity's saviours, she finds it pretty difficult to simply lead a normal life. And in New York City, the global epicentre for mutant activity and home to the world's most famous group of heroes, The Olympians, it's basically impossible to avoid them. So when Apollo Eneide, teenage badboy and member of The Olympians, transfers to her high school, Morgan isn't overly impressed. But with a rise of anti-mutant sentiment following the murder of a young man, Morgan finds herself inescapably connected to Apollo as they fight to stop a plot to destroy The Olympians from the inside.
