The city experienced a chilly and rainy Valentine's Day. The sky was a deep dismal color, and rain had made the roads treacherous. Even though it was raining, Emma couldn't help but be happy. She had arranged a surprise for her boyfriend, Jake, for today. Jake and Emma both shared Emma's love of the rain. She, therefore, had prepared a romantic stroll across the city, replete with a hot cocoa stop and an umbrella. Even a horse-drawn carriage to carry them through the park had been organized by her.
