They also refuse to be under any rule they are called the Rogues and this group is being governed by one of the high elders of the mystic council. He is for the fulfillment of the prophecy for he wants to rule everything. Decades to decades, centuries to centuries has passed but there has still been no fulfillment of the prophecy until one Blood Moon in different kingdoms both queens gave birth at the very same time, the White Hound Pack was under attack from another rival pack who wants to rule the kingdom. A wizard bound to protect the kingdom sends the Queen and the child to the human world with a trusted ally for safety as the war continues to emerge. On the other kingdom, they rejoice for the birth of the chosen one, but for the Mage, the trusted adviser of the King somehow seeing an indication that the child is of the prophecy since the elementals are appearing one by one to welcome their master but somehow missing one elemental. But chose to keep silent about it and share it with his council. The council decided to suppress the power inside the child to avoid suspicion about the prophecy and that will not cause panic to the whole kingdom.
