Ashanti, is an adopted daughter to the Rouges' family, she was adopted to be the only princess of the family, but not so long after being adopted as a baby, the mother realized she was pregnant and soon enough, gave birth to a real princess and of course, the plans for Ashanti's well being was transferred to the 'real' heiress.
