Two friends who have known each other since their sophomore year of high school decide to initiate an affair 8 years after their graduation. It begins in 2010 when the friendship first began and continues on through 2012 when graduation occurs and into 2020 when adulthood is challenging them the most yet. Damon and Selina have the sort of friendship where they push each other forward and then some. They reach the highs of life together and crash as one when the times are low. They decide to let the spark of a hidden desire expand into a full blown fire and push each other in ways they've never been pushed before. Damon, however, has a secret he's never shared with his best friend. The more intimate he becomes with Selina, the harder it gets to keep his secret concealed. He's not afraid that she'll turn on him, but he's terrified of making her afraid of him and losing her for good.
