On January 1,the first year of the new A.D., the first supreme Council of world government, which includes the highest levels of world government, the highest heads of each region, and the key players in unifying the world. "Pounds!! It was the sound of the world's most powerful ruler slamming the plan on the table. The proposal on the desk was titled "Earth Recycling system." It was a feeling like the indignity of a trusted friend when the reigning ruler looked at the great man standing in the middle of the world's governmental chamber with the same palpable anger on his face.
