Ruxian Stormest, one of the few member of Stormest tribe, holding the symbol of his tribe, promises that he will bring back the glory and prestige of his tribe that they lost a long ago because of a terrible war. Haruto Watabane, after spending most of his life in hospital, promises laying on a hospital bed that he will live his fullest if he is given another chance. Later, Haruto is given a chance by being reborn as Ruxian, and Ruxian finds various ways to rebuild his tribe thanks to the knowledge of Haruto. Thus two promises merge together and bring a glorious future to the Stormest tribe. Ruxian steps forward with his irreplaceable friends and comrades, to a unknown yet promising future.
