Like a night crushes on the day, everything is tiring.A glance at her made me to completely forgot what I have been putting through all this while. My dreams,talents aspirations,goals.All seem like I never got any.I felt like I saw myself in the hands of a stranger.I couldn't help but shivering like an infant.The more I try to be a man the much attracted I was to her. I lost my sight in the air as i jerk my head towards my residence.On the way a taught rushes into my heart,why did I make this silly and mistake,why didn't i even talk to her and ask her what her name was and her resident. Now my eyes begin to swim in its neighborhood water. A light thought parted my mind and I taught my mind was free from this infactuation I called love.I surged my steps toward the direction of my resident. As soon as I get home,mum had prepared a moimoi accompanying with wrapped pap.My son,u are welcome,you would have been hungry.Here is your food.I draw myself closer with the hope of enjoying the meal,to my surprise,the more I tried the much  helpless I become.I couldn't eat,tears rolled down my cheeks down into the pap making the pap to look like a baby food. My mind was preoccupied with the thought of a lady that I saw.Unknowing to me that my mum had been studying me.She moved closer and asked me what was wrong? As I picked a gazed across her side looking at her face what I saw was the lady I thought I had excaped from. My mum stopped what she was doing,and quickly engaged the conversation of my dad who was in the living room reading newspaper.Dad didn't take it serious,he shrugged one of his shoulder telling mum to leave me alone that I wasn't feeling hungry yet. Looking at mum face this time worsen the situation as I saw the girl in my mummy sight,I hung my face down like a weed who had been sprayed with chemical.Mum could not longer hold it to herself alone,she shouted you this boy please don't kill me. Dad trows his heavy weight in the air as he appears like a soldier who was on a mision. I was frightening seeing him with such a move,my taught was that he wanted to hit me not knowing that my mother's voice who was at high pitch drew him closer. Hey,my handsome boy,I have never seen you with this repugnant mood,u are scaring your mum even me was not left alone.Tell me,If there is someone you should confide in,then I should be the one.Its like those words are medicine to my headache as its soothing. Dad,I sawwwwww, dad interrupted u saw what darling son.A lady,eh what happened to her? Then river of tear made my eyes it's abode again.As tears gushes out down my cheeks.Oh my wife i have understood him,he just met a lady,u remember those days now when I met you as well.Dad quickly cut in laughing uncontrollably. Please darling son,whatever is it,please come and eat your food and you will discuss it with your dad tomorrow.Mum suggested. What mum just said sounds nice to my ear and I tried to eat my food,Not knowing that I was trying to passed the food across my nostril.Untill sleep knocked my down and I couldn't help but fast asleep. I couldn't believe when my eyes were wide opened at 1:30a.m in the midnight and I quickly rushed in into my room thinking i would be able to sleep.l begin to flashed back how I saw the lady and how I began to feel. When the day breaks,I picked up my brush and take my bath afterward.Now mum was in the kitchen cooking and dad put me through a call to meet him at the balcony.Good morning sir, morning my son dad replied with a smiles on his face.Who was a lady you saw yesterday,where did u saw him,how did she look like.Daddy questioned.Sir I met him at your friend house,I did not know her name.Oh you mean Bakole my friend? Yes dad.Ok I will talk to my friend ,ok yes sir.I concurred.Has her daughter who lives in Washington DC arrived? Mum interrupted? I don't think so ma.I replied.

The wind blows,the atmosphere wasn't friendly. All hopes are gone,a deadly sound peeped in. I'm void of this disease,how did it found its ways through my system. Val questioned himself. The doctors and nurses seemingly looks like a man whose loose his only son. The look on their face could in no way differ from a man who pitifully seeking for alms. Series of tests run yet nothing could justify what could be drying a blood through Val's vein. The doctors lips were lost and could in no where found, their eyebrows raised up to match with their hairlines. Since their inception in office, no strange occurrence had never happened. They couldn't help but to call on God's immediate intervention. When a couple of minutes had gone like a faded smiles, the senior doctor felts a slight breeze at the back of his neck, jerking his head towards the direction of the breeze was Val parents whose their tears splashed on his neck and it gushes out like a water from a broken pipe. The doctor summoned his parents for blood transfusion but unfortunately Val's dad blood was in no way match with Val's blood. What a wicked world the doctor lost his head  despairingly and dissapointed. He could not say anything further to avert the threatened bad omen. Now,Val begins to see some scary things, while some strange voices drenched his ears. He could not longer help but to surrender himself to the ailment that accussed him of guilty of being alive. Footsteps of doctors and nurses and his dying parents are now like a thunderous lighting. Each doctors and nurses demeanor could grab the breath of any patient brings in that moment. The doctor tries to call the senior colleagues if any solution could be profered to safe the poor boy from the overwhelming pains. His hands were shaking, he wasn't himself again.The network seemingly looks like one who was trying to call during heavy rain.Everything was not encouraging. He stepped out to look for network. Looking up was an average old lady whose appearance looks like the lady he saw in his dream last night. He wanted to put his senior colleagues on phone while the lady voice revving up to interrupt him.No one could be tested positive to give the boy blood not even in your widest dream if not mine. This is far from the fact that Val's father is the biological father. His mum was a nothing but a traitor. They both rushed in, series of test were run and it was more than perfect. The blood was given to him thereafter and he begins to feel good. Val was later discharged and his father contenance could ignite fire if Val's mum dare talk. On getting home,Val dad wrote a later and dissapeared like a scorceful sun. Bring unto me,my new gown said Val's mother. Val stood up sluggishly cos he was still in taught how his life was so miserable. As he jerks the cupboard handle forward, his eyes catches a white envelope.He hurriedly opens and read through. Val mum was still expecting his son as she heard a heavy sound,Val fell like someone suffering from epilepsy.Val's collapsed again and he was taken to hospital.After series of drip and blood had been injected,Val opens his eyes and saw the lady who snatched his life away from death some days back . Val weeps and the lady romantically clean his tears with the back of her hands. Some days after, Val was discharged and the bond between Val and the lady grew stronger. The chemistry between them could not be described. They could think of nothing again,but seemingly looks like there were the only one in the whole world.Even one afar could not be oblivious that both are lost in love just like Romeo and Juliet from their contenance. Val did not believe in any lady because of his falseful perternity apparently caused by her mother. But in all fairness and sincerity, he dearly loves this lady because he resuscitated his lost life.  Day passes by, week becomes months, months turn to year. Val and his adorable Girlfriend are set to be taken to alter. All preparation had been made. Everything was rossy. Val was in the living room waiting for his beloved wife. Everyone wants to witness the great occasion,including those doctors that treated Val then. The atmosphere looks great,the aroma of the soup prepared could make one break a fast instructed by priest. Val jerks his head to his wrist watch. Oh no,we have been keeping them waiting darling. He stood up and forward his steps to the bedroom. Val lost in despair when he saw a white envelope inscribed , "IM ONLY ON A MISSION TO SAFE YOUR LIFE" He hurriedly tear off the envelope and what he saw there. He couldn't help but scream till his voice faded away. Those waiting for the couple rushed in and found Val lying lifelessly on the ground with the letter on his chest.
