Stranded on an Island That Hunts BackUpdated at May 25, 2026, 07:22
Idris Hale never expected his weekend bushcraft skills to matter beyond camping trips and quiet practice. Then a violent storm tears a passenger vessel apart and leaves him stranded on a remote island with a handful of frightened survivors.
With nothing but soaked clothes, a damaged survival watch, a hidden flint striker and a stubborn will to keep people alive, Idris begins building order from panic. First comes fire. Then water. Then shelter. But the island is far more dangerous than hunger and rain. Wolves hunt beyond the tree line. Serpents guard the warm stones. Boars tear through the jungle and something larger watches from the cliffs.
When the survivors discover rare Marrowfruit hidden deep within the island, everything changes. Each fruit offers strength, healing or sharper senses, but every grove is protected by beasts that seem older than nature itself. As rival camps rise, enemies become allies, traitors hide among friends and desire threatens to destroy what little order remains, Idris must decide what kind of man he will become.
Four women are drawn to him, not because he takes what he wants, but because he refuses to love without honour. On an island where power can corrupt the strongest hearts, Idris will only accept love through vows, fairness and responsibility.
Survival is only the beginning. The island is testing them all.
