Lerato, a young man from a traditional South African family, comes out as gay to his father. The father is shocked and disappointed, and the family is thrown into turmoil. Lerato struggles to balance his own needs and desires with his family's expectations, and he must decide whether to live his truth or hide who he is. Ultimately, Lerato finds the courage to be himself, even if it means losing the love and acceptance of his family.
