Sixteen years old Antuan is left with only his little brother in the world when government members capture their parents and so they must go in search of their grandparents on the other side of the country while family and friends are persecuted by not being humans. As they finally reach the grandparent's house, they discover that things got even worse while they were incommunicable and have only one enigmatic message to go forward. "Go to Heaven". With these final words and a suspiciously vague map, the boys must go out again in the world and travel once more while trying to preserve the history of their kind.
