Garrand Winnelster, a Grand Elder of the Magic Tower was actually a regressor. Due to the guilt he acquired from failing to save thousands of lives, countless of worlds from being a regressor and the burden of being the world's savior, he selfishly pushed all the burden and role as a savior to his disciple, Elvis Winnelster.
