Over the centuries, neighboring tribes grew jealous of Edessa and the endless blessings their goddess had bestowed upon them. Many began to plot the execution of the royal family, their mission finally complete only several years ago when the last remaining descendants of Luna were murdered in cold blood and the young princess Virginia, taken, never to be seen again.

At a young age, the half blood, Luna, runs away from home. She was conflicted about who she was and who her father wanted her to become, after the disappearance of her mother. For years she hides her identity from the world because the truth could lead to chaos. At the age of 17, Luna meets a small group of 5 and quickly befriends them. The only goal this rag tag group has is to hunt and kill the Black Demon, Izwii, who destroyed their homes 10 years ago. Little do they know, Izwii was much closer than they could have imagined.
