Erika and her siblings, Zeric her twin, Alana, and Uriah think they are a completely normal family, aside from an abusive father. They move at least once every 2 years but when they arrive in a town, called Round Mountain, things begin to change. Erika has always been troubled, and struggled to keep her emotions in check, so when she meets Mathias her whole world begins to shift. Erika and Zeric start to uncover a past, their parents tried to keep buried, now its up to them to protect their siblings and take their place in a place they never imagined could exist. When it all starts to fall apart Erika and Zeric find help in unexpected places. Mathias has always felt over looked by his father, but when Erika comes along, all he can think about is her. When Erika's past comes along, she finds herself struggling to keep her secret, while trying to move forward with her new life. The only problem with her new life, its already in shambles. But when push come to shove, she faces everything thrown at her, and learns that running away will only get you so far.
