Jamal, who lost his mother at an early age, moved from the village to the city with his father and five siblings. He lost his father a month after he moved. Jamal and his brothers were left alone, alone. Lack of money, loneliness, lack of sense of belonging, culture clash pushed Jamal into a deep depression for a while until he saw him... He froze every time he saw Maria, who resembled a swan in her white dress. He had fallen in love with her, to the point of giving up everything... Jamal was forgetting all his troubles when he saw Maria; At that moment, the world seemed as hopeful as Nazım Hikmet's poems and as cheerful as a romantic comedy. But when he woke up from this magical dream and faced the harsh realities, he once again realized how cruel life was. How long would he wander without a job? He immediately started looking for a job. Five hundred meters from the house he lived in, there was a textile factory. He started working there. He worked six days a week from 07:00 in the morning to 21:00 in the evening. On a one-day holiday outside of working hours, he was running for the needs of his family. There was nothing to do. He didn't want to be thrown into life so early either. Jamal, like his peers, wanted to go to the movies, play football with his friends; but conditions were not favourable. His share in this life was to work and take care of his brothers. What he really wanted for himself was to marry Maria. Maria had established a great rulership in the middle of his heart. The main character of all of Jamal's dreams was Maria. Maria also seemed to be in love with him. Maria was the daughter of Jamal's owner. She was a beautiful woman of medium height, with brown hair and green eyes. Jamal would one day muster up all his courage and talk to Maria. They agreed to meet in a cafe. Jamal was a tall, handsome man with dark skin, blue eyes, and a white shirt and dark blue trousers. Maria's eyes shone brightly when she saw him. The two of them met in the cafe they had contracted and were silent for hours, they were almost speechless with excitement. They ate something and left the cafe. They were silent as they walked together. Jamal suddenly took Maria's hand; His hands were on fire.Maria looked deep into Jamal's eyes and, gesturing with her hands, said she had to go home. Jamal tried not to show his surprise at this situation. Maria was born mute. His muteness was often ridiculed by some ruthless children. But he never cared about that; because his family always and under all circumstances supported him, took care of him. That's why Maria didn't feel the lack of it in her life. Jamal was walking towards the house in bewilderment. He hadn't noticed this at all. But hey, it didn't matter to him at all. Jamal loved and wanted Maria with all his being. When he returned home, he realized that he was very tired. He went to bed to sleep early because he had to go to work the next day. But a mind-blowing noise outside wouldn't let him sleep. Curious, he went outside. A large crowd was looking at something standing in the middle of the road. Jamal was also walking towards the crowd. In the middle of the road, when he saw the woman in a white dress lying at full length, the lights turned off and everything went dark. Jamal stepped into pitch black darkness.
