AUTHOR INTRODUCTION
Hello, I’m the author of Bound by the Alpha. I’ve always been drawn to stories that explore emotions at their most intense, especially when love, duty, and conflict collide in unexpected ways. I enjoy writing characters who feel real in their flaws and struggles, people who don’t always make the right choices but grow through the consequences of them. Creating worlds filled with tension, deep relationships, and slow burning romance is something I truly love, especially when two very different people are forced to understand each other in ways they never expected. Through my writing, I hope to bring readers into emotional journeys that feel immersive, dramatic, and heartfelt, where every connection is earned and every moment carries meaning.
PROLOGUE
Kael Viremont and Liora Ardentwild were never meant to exist in the same narrative without conflict.
The Viremont Pack ruled the Northern Ridgelands with structure carved into every breath they took. Strength was not a feeling there.
It was discipline.
Order.
Survival refined into doctrine.
The Ardentwild Pack lived beyond the Southern Wild Borders, where instinct mattered more than hierarchy and survival belonged to those who refused to be controlled.
Two packs. Two philosophies. One history of tension stretching back generations. And two heirs who learned to hate each other before they ever learned what peace felt like.
Kael Viremont was raised to lead through control. Every decision measured. Every emotion contained.
Liora Ardentwild was raised to lead through instinct. Every rule questioned. Every chain tested.
When they met as children during neutral border gatherings, they did not become friends. They became rivals.Competing. Challenging. Refusing to yield.
And over time, that rivalry became tradition. So when the balance between packs began to fracture again, no one was surprised by the solution.
An ancient binding law. A forced union between heirs.
Kael Viremont did not resist.
Liora Ardentwild did not accept.
But neither of them was given a choice.
Because in the world of packs, history always decides first.
And people are only allowed to follow.
