Selene has grown up as a member of the Silver lake pack. She spends most of her time volunteering in the pack hospital with her adoptive parents, and has led a mostly normal life in the pack up until the Shadowbanes arrive causing turmoil and digging up mysteries. Evander Black is the Alpha of the Shadowbanes, a hated but powerful pack. He goes to the Silver Lake pack trying to find out who has been illegally experimenting on rogues, but gets more than he bargained for when he meets Selene.
