‏ [The Girls’ High School] Chestnut hair, blue eyes, and a slender yet petite figure—this was Fiona Bolton, the outcast of her school and a constant target for Helena Gray, the seemingly perfect but cruelly deceptive popular girl. Always by her side was Josephine Stewart, infamous for her sinister smile and piercing yellowish eyes, her short violet hair adding to her eerie presence. With her school uniform stained with food, Fiona knelt on the ground, a fresh victim of Helena and Josephine’s relentless pranks. Josephine leaned down and whispered a few words into Fiona’s ear—words that drained the color from her face amidst the laughter of everyone around. In this school, standing up for Fiona meant risking being ostracized yourself. But all of that was before the major incident. On a day that began like any other, one of Josephine’s friends brought a knife to school—just a harmless prank, or so they thought. Josephine, ever the schemer, took the knife, spinning it menacingly while all eyes focused on the chilling scene. The plan was to cut Fiona’s clothes and humiliate her, but things spiraled out of control. Fiona ended up in the hospital, her condition critical, while her mother teetered on the edge of a breakdown, consumed by fear over the consequences. Though Josephine’s mother tried to cover up the crime by compensating Fiona’s uncle and his wife, it wasn’t so easily resolved. Fiona remained in psychological shock, and no one could have anticipated how this event would completely change her life. “All of this is because of you.” Josephine muttered with a swollen face, slowly realizing that her actions had become a shadow she could never escape. Yet, the price she would pay later would far exceed anything she could imagine…
