A stolen fairy baby, a betrayed love, and broken promises start this story. The fairy child is raised in the mortal realm where she lives in squaller. The father launches the larges/longest hunt in known history in an attempt to regain his child and heir. On her eighteenth birthday, she stumbles upon a fairy gathering where she meets her father who takes her back to his world of hellish creatures.
